Cancellation and Refund Policy

REGISTRATION

Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. If a workshop fills up, registrants received after-the-fact will be notified that they have the option of receiving their full deposit back or will be placed on the waiting list and their deposit checks will be held but not cashed. If a registered participant is unable to attend, the next photographer on the waiting list will be notified.

DEPOSIT

A deposit in the amount of 50-percent of the total workshop price in check or money order or Credit Card payable to David Crockett is required at the time of registration (Payment in full is always acceptable).
 
The balance of the workshop fee is due in full thirty (30) days prior the first date of the scheduled event.  If you are registering less than 30-days from the event, payment is due in full.
 
CANCELLATIONS BY PARTICIPANT

If cancellation by the participant is necessary, notice of cancellation must be received at least (30) days prior to the first date of the scheduled event in order to receive a full refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.  Military personnel on orders will receive a full refund.
 
Cancellation between thirty (30) days and fifteen (15) days prior to the first date of the event will be refunded at 50% of the published cost of the workshop if full payment has been made.  If we fill your seat, you will be refunded in full minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
 
Cancellation between fifteen (15) days prior to the first date of the event and the scheduled start date will not be refunded.  If we fill your seat, you will be refunded in full minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
 
CANCELLATION BY DAVID CROCKETT PHOTOGRAPHY

David Crockett Photography reserves the right to cancel any event if fewer than four (4) participants are registered four (4) weeks prior to the first date of a scheduled event.  In the event we cancel the event, you will be refunded in full, including deposits.

In the case of inclement weather, disaster, or anything outside of our control, David Crockett Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event.  In the case of rescheduling the event, you will have the option to accept the change or cancel and receive a full refund including deposits made.

I, ____________________________________, am aware that certain risks and dangers are inherent in photography and may occur during an David Crockett Photography workshop or photo tour. These include, but are not limited to illness, accident, travel hazards by air or vehicle, native and non-native wildlife, insects, and flora. I voluntarily assume all risks and will hold David Crockett Photography, the workshop leader, any co-leader or assistants, harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, claims, debts, and demands which arise in connection with the workshop. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for my heirs, administrators, and executors, and for all members of my family, including any minors accompanying me.
